Keith has dedicated the majority of his professional career to the analysis and design of building envelope systems. His strong attention to design, diverse technical knowledge and clear communication skills are the basis of his successful practice.
As principal of Soltner Group Architects, Keith has been involved in a diverse range of new and renovation projects, including multi-family and single-family residences, institutional, and health care facilities. Keith has been sought out to provide expert professional opinions in the analysis of existing building conditions due to water intrusion and resultant component failure. A lead role in design repair and construction of these buildings has been an integral part of the firm's diverse background.
George has been an Associate with The Soltner Group Architects for over 20 years. Over this time period, he has been involved in the analysis, repair, and remodel of over 150 projects, the vast majority of which are condominium communities. He has been the project lead and Architect in Charge for all SGA condominium repair projects over the last 15 years. He has extensive experience in detailing and design, materials and methods of construction, building and land-use codes, bidding, and contract administration.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Bill has been involved in the construction industry for approximately 25 years. For the past 15 years, he has focused on the analysis of failed building components and repair of buildings with construction defects through intrusive investigations and construction management services. He has held positions of construction superintendent and senior project manager for construction firms specializing in construction defect repair prior to joining SGA in 2004.
Jordan provides production support for the Principal and Senior Architects. He graduated with B.A. in Architecture from the University of Washington.
As an Office Manager, Cheryl handles accounting, marketing, HR, IT, and other general office duties. She has over 15 years experience in small business management.
